We are an Accredited Provider of Mountain Bike Leader Training Courses and MIAS Hit Bike Build & Maintenance training courses to the MOD

Afan Valley MTB is an accredited Ministry of Defence supplier and are proud to have been providing MIAS Accredited Mountain Bike Leader training and Bike Maintenance courses to the Armed Forces since 2005.

Payment can be delivered by Card or directly into our Lloyds account through the DGFM, the MOD central payments based in Liverpool. Their web-site www.defencbills.mod.uk or by BACs.

The T/A Centre in Neath is a regular resting place for MOD visitors to our courses here in S/Wales.

We are able to Fast-Track serving military personnel through to MIAS L2, over a 2 day course, acknowledging their service training as Accredited Previous Learning, so long as they have Mountain Bike riding SKILLS.

We can run mid-week 2 day MIAS MTB Leader Courses L2 at your Camp or Barracks with a minimum of 10 participants paid in advance at £185.00 PP a saving of £25.00 PP

Two Day Accredited Mountain Bike Maintenance Courses are also available. At your Camp or Barracks mid-week with a minimum of 4 students at a cost of £205.00 per head.

MIAS L1 L2 held at Our base in South Wales normally over a weekend. Course fees inc Log-book and Certificate £210.00

Military discounts of 10% mid-week off all our Personal Riding Skills courses and Bike Hire here in the Afan Forest Park.
