I expect you found out about the single-track trails in the Afan valley from stories on the inter-net or from the recent flush of articles appearing in the mountain bike magazines. Afan has become a testing ground for many of the top mountain bike manufacturers. So it’s time you learn to ride single-track and XC here.

Come and learn to ride single track and XC in the Afan Forest Park

The trail starts in the car-park at Afan Forest Visitor Centre.

Don’t worry if you are relatively new to MTB riding as the trails we use are quite attainable by any relatively fit individual with some tuition from an expert.

Pre book and arrive at the Visitor Centre just before 12.00 mid-day where we will meet you.

We will start with some basic safety tuition before leaving the car park, now we will start developing your riding skills as we go.

We find that about four hours is perfect for the these session with time to build your confidence hands on in the saddle and to set you on a path to develop more personal riding skills.

So by about 4-30pm we will have you back in the car-park.
