Skyline & Whites Level

Starts are at Glyncorrwg Ponds Visitor Centre, just 50 yards from our hire shop. Both these trails are “definitely not suitable for the novice first time rider”.

The Wall

Voted no 10 in the world by What Mountain Bike mag. It’s 23 km 2-3 hours “difficult in places”.
Start is at Afan Argoed Visitor Centre.

The Penhydd

22 km approximately 2 hours moderate. “Ideal for the first time visitor to Afan”.

If you are going to use a guide in the Afan Valley. Be sure to ask to see their Log Book. Many call themselves guides but have no qualification or insurance. Afan Valley Bike Hire, provide MIAS accredited Guides with Insurance through the A.B.C.C.
