How to make a Booking.

You may pay for any of our activities by Card over the phone.

By booking we assume that you accept our Terms & Conditions

You will probably want to ask some questions so don’t be afraid to call.

For MIAS L1 L2 and L3, MIAS WMBLA L1 & L2 Training Assessment 2 day courses we require a £100.00 deposit. Read the Joining notes Click here

Alternatively you may provide us with an Official Order from your employer whom we will invoice by E-mail. Payment from MOD establishments can be by Card.

We prefer BAC’s payment. We bank with Lloyds and accept direct payment into our account details as per the Invoice.

For The MIAS Hit Bike Build 2 day Training Course we require a £90.00 deposit when booking and the balance of £100.00 on the first day of the Course.

Remember the courses are run at Unit 3 Glyncorrwg Workshops SA13 3EA

Bike Hire £10.00 deposit on CC, Personal Riding Skills and one day Bike Maintenance courses we require payment in full when booking.

So the long and the short of it is, no fancy Computer based booking forms. Just good old common sense and you will be pleased to know we have resisted those crazy phone systems so you won’t be listening to Colonel Bogey and pressing half a dozen buttons.

Disclaimer please read before you sign for the bike.

I am aware of Afan Valleys terms and conditions of hire as listed below and on other pages of this site. I am a competent Bicycle rider both on and off-road.

I totally absolve Afan Valley and all it’s servants from any liability arising howsoever whilst I am responsible for their hire equipment and I indemnify them for it’s loss.

I understand that riding a bicycle off-road and over single track trails is dangerous.

I freely accept the liability and all costs arising from injury to myself and third parties.

I understand that components such as Brakes, Tyres and Control Cables will deteriorate whilst riding especially in wet conditions.

I accept full liability for damage caused to the bicycle in my period of hire and agree to re-imburse Afan Valley via my Card for any damage.

In lieu of a cash deposit for each Bicycle. I will leave my Credit Card details and agree that any damage costs may be charged to it.

Unless you tell us in writing, we assume you accept all our Terms and Conditions
